Jenna holds her undergraduate degree in Human Services (Alaska Pacific University, 2012) and her Master's of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (Ball State University, 2014). She received certification as a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in 2013 and her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014. <image:caption>Christina Babb is the Regional Coordinator and Scheduler with the company. Christina has always had a passion for working with children. In high school, she would take the offer for any opportunity to tutor or volunteer as a teacher aide. Christina started her college career in Early Childhood Education and then quickly decided to change to a Business degree, which helped her with her future accomplishments. She hoped to open her own childcare center, and in 2014 she successfully started and managed her licensed in-home, Preschool and won provider of the year. Christina had a successful childcare business for five years, where she taught a diversity of children. The opportunity came in 2019 to be the Lead Teacher with Teach, Acquire, Thrive for a trail inclusion program. A year later, while working at TAT, Christina and her family got the news that the military required her and her family to move. A significant growth opportunity within the company allowed Christina to stay with TAT and work remotely. Christina works very hard with scheduling of services, and maintaining an accurate work schedule for all staff . She also works on client intake to ensure incoming clients can receive services with minimal delay, maintaining up to date client files, tracking utilization of services, maintaining staff credentials and that they are up to date, in addition to everyday communication with staff and families. She also assists with growth opportunities with insurance contracts, along with helping manage clinic and company operations and tasking additional administrative duties where needed. Christina was born and raised in northern California. With managing working from home, Christina likes to spend her free time cooking/baking, and making memories with her two beautiful children. Family time is crucial, and on the weekends, she and her family enjoy the outdoors, exploring, hiking, and eating great food.</image:caption>

<image:title>Israel-Bio</image:title>
<image:caption>Israel volunteered in his younger brother's special education classroom during middle school; he first learned about behavior through the behavioral team his brother with down syndrome received. Learning how to help his brother turned into wanting to help other families who experienced similar challenges; his passion for the field developed. He believed that individuals with disabilities had many abilities; he planned to help by teaching individuals how to develop those skills. In 2009, Israel began working in special education classrooms as a substitute para-educator. He later worked closely with the behavioral team on short assignments in different classrooms. Israel got hired with a behavioral company in 2011, where he started as a behavior technician and held job titles including leadership/support, a behavior specialist (supervisor), and in 2019 he received his BCBA, whereas he describes it started for him. Israel enjoys learning from others and growing in the field. He received his general education from Solano community college, a degree in criminal justice with a focus he initially envisioned a behavioral career in law enforcement. He then decided to continue his education and completed his master's degree in curriculum and instruction from Arizona state university and obtained his Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst Certificate. Israel sees every academic milestone as an accomplishment; the experiences this field has provided him outside of his personal life experiences have been his highlight accomplishments. When he is not graphing or writing reports, he is likely enjoying a motorcycle ride, working on something involving tools, out on a mindful walk/hike, or spending time with family and close friends.</image:caption>

<image:caption>After growing up with a family member on the spectrum, Amy always knew she wanted to work in the field of psychology but did not realize her passion for ABA until after earning her MS. Originally planning to teach at a community college, Amy graduated her master’s program during the recession and accepted a job working as a paraeducator at a public elementary school with a preschool program for children with autism. This is where she met a brilliant and dynamic doctorate-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who inspired her to continue her education and become a BCBA under her supervision so she could also help children with autism in a direct and meaningful way. While studying towards becoming a BCBA, Amy accepted a position as a mid-level supervisor at a small ABA company where she first met Teach, Acquire, Thrive’s incredible CEO Jenna Morgan. Once board certified, Amy went on to work under Jenna’s supervision as the Regional Director of the Beale AFB branch of a larger ABA company for 3 years until Jenna left to begin her own company that provides individualized services with compassion and care (TAT!). Amy is thrilled to be working with Jenna again as a Clinical Director at TAT and has been working with the company since October of 2019. Amy’s specialties include ADHD support(s), helping children develop coping skills, and teaching emotional intelligence. Amy keeps a work-life balance by practicing yoga, enjoying time in nature with her family, taking silly pictures of her cats, and performing live music with her husband.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Paolo Anonas is the Clinical and Administrative Assistant for Teach, Acquire, Thrive LLC. as well as one of the Behavior Therapists. Starting in April 2021, he was excited at the opportunity to help others in multiple capacities. Paolo helps coordinate the day to day business at the clinic, making sure things run smoothly by facilitating needs of both the administrative team and the technicians. As a Behavior Therapist, he works closely with individual clients, implementing the programs designed by the BCBAs to best serve our clients as well as collecting data necessary for the BCBAs to adapt the programs to each individuals’ needs. Paolo was ecstatic at the opportunity to work in a field helping neurodiverse individuals, having grown up with ADHD himself. He always wanted to work in a field where he could provide impactful aid to others, and upon learning of the field of ABA felt that he could not have asked for a better opportunity to do so. He was born in Northern California, but grew up in Massachusetts. He returned to California in 2015 to be closer to family. When he isn’t at work, Paolo enjoys cooking and running D&D campaigns for his friends.</image:caption>
